FIXED: Door to potions newbie quest is locked after taking quest

Issue Description: After taking the quest for broken bottle shop (potions 4-6) the door into the quest is locked and quest is inaccessible.

@Emoteen This is unhelpful with out a version number. Can you please provide a version number and confirm this bug exists in the version number where I indicated it was fixed in an earlier bug post? Not sure if this is a new bug, or a bug I already fixed without that data. :)

Apologies, this was at the time of the original post so version 8708. Ran to check and the door was open, so I assume it is working, but i can check again later.
