Healing 1hp rather than dying

Issue Description:

I was doing the Fey quest and the character was wounded to 1 hp (one of the Fey was only doing that much damage), he became paralysed but when struck again received a slow debuff, but also healed a HP.

Ended up stuck in a loop unable to move except if the opponent missed an attack or two. The paralysis didn't seem to wear off if the slow debuff was in effect. Two successful hits of 1 damage did not reduce the character below 1, so never entered the bleeding out state. Eventually managed to time healing right with paralysis wearing off.

Character, Kenneth, is a Sorcerer, with 10 Con, he had 16 HP (Max HP seemed to work on him, rolled up after changes made).

@listen4silence This actually isn't a bug; you aren't getting killed. You're hitting zero, and healing a point the same time you're losing a point from the attack. If I'm reading things right; this is how it should work. If the Petal got off a crit, you'ld go to negative.
