Give bards Arcane Armor Training

The class entry for bard mentions:
"Bards can use up to medium armor without suffering from spell failure."

This appears to no longer be the case, I suggest giving bard Arcane Armor Training as a class feature to compensate.

Edit post to inform that bards get Arcane Armor Training at level 3.
(I don't know if they do I just assume listen4silence is right.)

Let me know if this is correct and I will update.

@Folklore I can confirm, tested it IG, feat was given as bonus at level 3 and negates up to 30% spells failure from armour and/or shield.
