Golem Summoning Books

Not sire its intentoonal to make these extremely rare.
But they dont drop. At all. Every single other... Basic or elemental seems to be effectively obtainable.
The Golem tome, though, is missing even running continuously the "quest that drops it"
Never saw plant drop too, but maybe that is intentional too, not sure.
There is one item that is equipable and drops in a lowbie quest (the sorc apprentice in guilded) that says is a golem spellbook but it has no properties and no bounty and no function whatsoever.
Maybe there has been a mistake?

This one has always bugged me, too. It's such a great little niche theme that never gets play time because nobody can get the damned book. It'd be super cool to see more of them drop!

I think it drops but the book can't be used.
Maybe another DM can clarify if it is a bug or purposeful?

@Mr-Moloch I believe the one you refer to spawns in the loot table for the sorcerer apprentice quest. That is an equippable book that's yellow and black. The actual summoning tome I believe is light blue book with a yellow circle in the middle.
Could be it's supposed to be the actual tome and it got mixed up with another in the table that someone made for an earlier version of summoning books?
Maybe the PC tool used to set the theme when used on it? I've tried and it doesn't now.

@TuesdayParade There are multiple copies and this one has all the tags and variables to work but not the OnUse property so I wasn't sure if it was removed purposefully.
If it was, that answers why it's rare. If it wasn't, it also explains why it's rare but that it can be fixed. ;)
In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:

So took a bit of time, I nailed down the details on all this. The book is meant to be rare, but is definitely rarer than intended. So just going to say its on the list.

they do drop, you just have to find them in the right places

plant doesnt drop because it's reserved for pureclass druids

this is a "spellbook" but not a "summoning theme book" - two different things
it not having any uses was a bug that will be resolved v8688 -
don't the druid get the "Druid" theme exclusively? Or do they get "druid" and "plant"?
I recall Plant theme being available to cleric with plant domain and to druids only. Might have been another that can use it, forgot. Would need to log in with Nanthleenee or Jendayi to check the book.

the book used to drop but since it was super restricted, few could use it. But it is a fun theme to have for those that can get it.

Oh, the drop rate seems to have increased. That or somebody really hated me playing Jana. I have seen 4 since making Kaylee.
