This NPC is probably the first or second quest you will do, and you can wind up diseased on it.

The NPC should ideally give a healing kit and even some dialog explaining to players how they work.

I'd honestly forgotten and wandered around diseased on my first log-back-in for about two hours before I found the Arabel baths.

In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:

    NO SPITTING.

    DO NOT CROSS MISTER MOLOCH.

A tiny thing to add as well. This NPC and quest is positioned RIGHT in front of the sewer entrance, which has a chance to disease you randomly simply by walking past it.

Scott Keellip - White Knight, killed by Drow
Sir William the Fearless - Fearless! and nice.
Vardix - Black Dragon cultist. Also killed by Drow.
Nihlos Carver - Fear the Reaper
Argun The Dawnhammer - Strongman of Lathander

@Swifty-Willownall You have a chance to contract diseases when walking in the sewers, not walking by the grates or entrances.

          @toportime

No, you definitely get the check near the entrance.

@Dire-Rabbit Are you sure you didn't just get diseased by the rats on the quest and thought it was due to just standing by the door? I have never seen the server force me to make a Fort save when walking past that door... ever.

I've had it happen sporadically, but it definitely happens. I had nothing to do with the quest whatsoever, just got a random fort check when near the doorway.

It's happened near the other unmarked entrances to the sewers, too.

Zero Fort save, just like always and you cannot get closer to the door than I am.

You get a disease check by the door sometimes, toportime. It's random with a low chance of firing, but it's there.

Probably not needed, just keep those triggers inside the sewers.
