The Forum asks for:

I was excited to have spied another potential use for something catfish related. However, "great trans" inks do not seem to exist, and the recipe asks for Topas Dust (and lesser ink) instead of the Catfish Whiskers.

This still seems to be unchanged in Version 8520; at least in the Immersea crafting workshop.

:-( I have no idea why the ingame recipes would not update for this one, when they do for others.

Not sure if it helps at all but it did change the ink type according to your screenshots. But not the dust for whiskers though. So it does update, but partially... which is weird.

Maybe there is some old piece of code somewhere, which keeps overwriting your changes? Maybe search for "Dust of Topaz"?

Maybe try removing this bone charm entirely - and then create a fresh crafting item with a different name?
