Add Bonecrafting Merchant to Collinwood

Collinwood workshop has everything except a clone of the bonecraft store that the North gate has. Could use one there to round out the crafting spots and because it seems like it is an avid hunting community (set my home here and do all my PP donations there for that reason) and would probably have one.

Question: would it be simpler to have 1 merchant with everything in it?
