But the ruins space is in the catacombs not in deadwell. I thought their whole focus was deadwell. Although there are a lot of undead in the ruins that would have sufficed, I guess.
At least if the base is in deadwell, they may have to fight their way in an out.

All the scale to the peaceables has reverted by the way.
Edit: And the trash bin come Incinerator has been deleted. Did you use the latest .erf? If not, there are bugs which need stripping out.

They were floating and didnt looked that good, changed the size to avoid floats/clipping

Looks patchy rather than incremental decline, I'd suggest adding more if the scale is undesirable, although it looks fine throughout the smuggling tunnels and ruins.

I think Admiral Chermosk could use the Bhaalites in a ploy against Immersea. This would give the Bhaalites a target which rival players can defend. Ideally she would use the ordeal to replace the Mayor. She will also offer to assist the Bhaalites in locating the two false bhaalspawn for their assistance.
It's a risky move. Her true enemy is Cormyr. But maybe the destruction of House Caramel (in her eyes) would put a wedge between Cormyr and her budding ally, Arabel?
My fear is this could lead to the destruction of another town, and we have lost -two- this year! xD
