Issue Description:
The prestige chest for the Skulls which is located outside The skull in area 'Tilverton, Griffon Hill' works fine. However, the prestige seller inside which is the only one which sells the faction gear, is checking to see how many prestige points you have from 'The Ravens' which is a retired faction. Sharwari needs changing so you can spend Obsidian Skull prestige points with her to buy the Skull faction gear.
