We are looking for the two founding members of the Inquisition of the Dark Sun to be made official clergy
We plan on continuing to create conflict with the other main server factions, sooner rather than later we will come to blows with the Crown Guard, and the Precept Arcanum, we are already involved in pvp with the elven fellowship.
We normally play under the names of Gloomy_Sunday and Caek
We are involving other players by claiming authority over sites such as the haunted halls, and paying bandits to police them, collecting tithes. We have hired tithe collectors (The Redbeard Clan), and intend to use them further to collect tithes. If made official we will essentially use our position to bully other factions and extort those who engage in necromancy, with half of the gold being kept and half going to the church. It is our overall intention to make the Church of Cyric a powerful force that controls a village (either Bospir or Immersea) as a duchy of Cyric where the rule of law is based on church doctrine in much the same way as Eveningstar.

These guys have been doing well, Caek maybe a little more so but I see him IG more often.
Caeks character at least takes a lot of risks and has survived at least so far.
I can't speak so well to the other fellow but it's gloomy so I'm sure he's great.

Caek and to a lesser degree Gloomy need to decide OC or Ravens. They cannot do both. Cyric is not the official faith of TIlverton.

Obyn will see them as 'serving two masters'. You cant serve your god first and him second. If you are OC you serve your god first. If you are a Raven, you serve Obyn first (only).

Depends on context. There are plenty of pastors who attach themselves to the US army to help with services and stuff, and there are plenty of clerics who dedicate themselves to a noble house using their name and influence alongside their god to empower their deity's influence further.
That said, Official Clergy is ranking clergy. You're representing the church in a political capacity. You cannot hold rank in two different organizations.

Have Caek designing some Cyric themed gear as well. So he's definitely invested in this.

I gave him this stuff as his OC gear.
Set his wage to 50 and gave him a key to the cyric temple room.
Will set up Gloomy next time.

Dark blessing is cool. What's his charisma? Guess it's not amazing, but a potion would help a bit. nice gear

I dont think he has much charisma, but even a bad roll is +1 uni saves. So we can think of it as bonus saves that can be dispelled?
Might edit it a bit to suit his PC more. Dunno if we want standard clergy gear or tailored to characters.
