According to the Quest List thread, this is an "average quest". Being paralyzed every 5 seconds doesn't feel very "average".

can move it to "hard" category and bump it to 6-10 or even 7-10.

I dont think it needs to. But it is good to have easier and harder quests to choose from.

Moved the quest to the "hard" category, changed the range to 4-10, and adjusted the payout to match.
