Armor Spell Failure - Bards

Issue Description:
Been getting arcane spell failure quite often with my Bard wearing medium armour.

This has happened after I've unequipped my shield so I'm not sure why its happening?

For now, re-equip the armour after removing the shield, should fix it.

It is possible it removes the spell failure reduction from the medium armour when the shield is equipped and that doesn't then get re-added later?

Not sure. Give all the details you can so when someone looks at this they can figure it out quicker.

No Issues yesterday but it was pretty consistent with the fail failure (without shield) today.

Here is my armour - I tend to unequip and reequip my shield for buffs.

Without shield:

With shield: (Which I expect some fail risk if equipped)

Unequipped and reequipped a few times to see if any changes happened but no change.

Just tried reequipping my amour, might have fixed it.

For good measure, I never have this issue. Reequip armor upon login, as logging out seems to reset it, But otherwise the script works for me

Yes. Ive never experienced any issues.
