Grove portal broken

Area: Redwoods, Redspring Meadows (?)
Placeable: Grove Portal

Issue: It is no longer appearing when a druid comes near, nor does it work for faction members of the wildwalkers.

Stormhorns grove portal is not working for druids too. Hulack one still works for druids. Did not test for non Druid faction member.

@echo Tested with pure class druid. Still can not enter Redwood or Stormhorns. Arabel version 7591

Redwood and Stormhorns work for pure class druid. Will ask @TheMinionOfArabel to try for nondruid members.
