Reduce brewing cost of animal buffs

Animal spells like bulls cost 150 to brew and are 170 in stores leaving very little room for mark up especially with xp cost and bottle costs factored in.
I suggest the brewing cost is reduced a little

Prices were increased in the stores and Brewing costs will remain the same. Implemented only for the General Potion store as of V6971. Other stores(Factions) will remain unchanged for now.

This kind of goes against the temporary change @sharkinajar proposed re: frontliners expenses are too high

Finding a wizard willing to brew for you before an event or quest is very difficult.
