incorrect XP penalty for respawn

Time: 2:22 AM GMT-5Issue Description: respawning only docked 15% XP despite the sign in the Fugue saying it docks 25%.

This was changed in v5 to 15%.

This is to my understanding, a temporary measure so that deaths are not too harsh whilst balancing is still being figured out.

Correct, but the dialog could use an update to reflect this!

Fixed on v6490. We'll keep respawn at 15% until we are done tweaking things...

Please no, it is good as it is. If it goes back to 50% massively increase XP for solo lowbies
