Items not accepted at stalls

Issue Description: A couple items that the merchant is refusing to sell but I don't see why they wouldn't.

1. Rusted Purple Dragon Full plate

2. Anaurian Helmet

Neither have anything in their descriptions about them being bad/illegal/banned/etc.

@Swifty-Willownall Need to know where the items were found to fix them. Item instances are typically specific to an area, so without knowing, I can fix some, but not all and won't always find the specific problematic one.

I tried a fix that will get most of these, but probably not all. So if you find a specific one, please let me know the area so I can get it individually.

I believe these two were found in Kingswood. The quest where you fight purple dragon soldiers and animals. The quest giver is a malarite.

The Anaurian Helmet can also be found in chests on the Museum quest in the Noble district.
