Dreamboat / Tommy Foreman / Promotion to Black Wheel Footman - DONE
-
Putting forward a vote to make Tommy Foreman a Black Wheel Footman.
Active player pushing independent plots and using the narrative of the setting to create fun for other players.
Most recently organised and ran a player event creating a few hours of fun for 12 other players. I figured this would be a fitting reward and hopefully encourage other players to run non-DM led events.

Yep, Tommy is great.
He's also a bard that rocks about with a spear - so happy to make him a cool new-one.

Heard cool things so probly gonna hit yes here. Read his plot ticket, definately doing more and in interesting ways than most- so yeah
Could I hear more about these independtant plots though? Interested, does he have more plans beyond the soup kitchen?
-
Independent plots was including his soup kitchen thing and trying to lead a rebellion to take over the noble district. Consistenly sowing discord between the nobles and common folk. Perhaps 'Independent plots' wasn't the best wording.

Putting this in 24hr confirmation

@Soothsayer Made second tier loot for the faction (just copied tier one stuff, added a shoulder pauldron for a visual difference and +1 AC to everything for now).
-
@Mr-Moloch @folklore Can if someone can grab Tommy for this it would be appreciated. I'm now out the countr6 for 10 days!
-
@Soothsayer yep will nab him
Is a spear with Silence 1/day too strong? Wanted to have a heretic The Silence vibe with it to stir up some conflict
-
No. It’s make a +1d4 slash, +1 ab, +3 perform and silence 1 a day. That’s decent and fair for a bard.
-
A weapon with a second level/day item is DM loot territory; so not an issue. Make it flat enhancement bonus and you're solid.
I'd like to move AWAY from d4 damage items here slowly but surely. We don't want +3 enhancement weapons but toss out weapons with +3 average damage like candy (sure they're not as good since they don't bypass DR or give the +15% to hit but they're still way too common).
-
@Mr-Moloch ok - what would be a good alternative to the 1d4 slashing?
-
@folklore +1 enhancement it bypasses DR and gives +1 damage so you're trading 2 damage on average to bypass DR (which will be getting more useful as I fix more NPCs who should have it.)
-
Done and dusted.
