Starting this thread for items that maybe should not be marked contraband but are (I'm sure DMs can figure out which ones don't matter).

      -Amaurian Sandals
      -Amaurian Armour
      -Grapple Gun

Will add more as they show up.

@Don-Nadie When you say "marked contraband" do you specifically mean things that you can't sell in a player-owned store?

There is not a 'contraband' marker in NWN. There is a Stolen Marker that is put on some items so they cannot be sold to merchants or by player-owned stores.

Amaurian gear is specifically not meant to be sold in these stores, it is labeled correctly (whether it should be can be debated).

Grapple Guns should not be marked stolen.

In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:

        NO SPITTING.

        DO NOT CROSS MISTER MOLOCH.

@Mr-Moloch Ah! Gotcha - I have no idea of it!

Specifically, what I meant is that the NPC for my shop told me he didnt "want to get into trouble by peddling this". So it was probably marked as stolen.

I'll keep an eye out for other stuff like the Grapple gun.

As for the Amaurian set - cannot judge whether it should or not be marked as stlen. The idea of NPC shops is to allow goods to circulate between players without having them be NPC things like setting up a stall and waiting there, tho, so maybe these items should be allowed?
