Ratcatcher's Guide

I have a GSF: Conjuration sorcerer, but when I use the unique power of the Ratcatcher's Guide, it says "You cannot understand how to use it...".

I think this is a bug?

Can you send a picture of the properties on the book? If you know where you found it too.

Here's a screenshot with properties + what it says in the log at the bottom.

As for where I got it... No idea. It must have been in one of the lowby quests, but I'm not sure which.

Thank you - bug was that the book was only useable by conjuration wizards and was not set for it in the description. Now fixed.
