Inaccessible PoI in Firefall Vale

Issue: There is a poi there but it cannot be reached. It looks like there is a jump missing to get to the tight spot that goes down to the placeable.

Found a vertical climb on the other side that does not work.

also added a jump check that should get you to a place where you can reach the placeable
