Practiced Spellcaster not applying to Flame Weapon

Issue Description:
As the title says, it applies its benefits to other spells like GMW, but not flame weapon. I've replicated it across resets now.My spread is 2/6 fighter/wizard with the following feats (if for some reason it helps)

While I can check I am pretty sure @Voss_ would prefer if I didn’t fix it as its one of those spells that would be too good to be true for Practiced Spellcasters.

Makes sense. I wasn't sure if this was intended behavior or not, so I thought I'd post it. :)

Fix it please, no sense taking the increased CL feat if it didn't give you the benefits. -

TGTBT for a 1 damage on average buff for reaching character level 8?

Pretty sure there should be no exceptions, otherwise the feat would need to list them specifically in the description.
And it'd make no sense :)Looks sorted anyhow
