XP marker Narration availability

Would be great that the Narrator still give the text after you've taken an xp marker.
Right now, we get this when we click a marker we've already gotten.

Its annoying if you go back to one a few months later forgetting what you said and you cant get to read it again

Bumping this one as I think its a good suggestion if we can code it easily enough. Instead of pre-visited locations giving the message:
If we could make it so that it notes they have seen it before, but still provide narration text it could help if one later wanted to revisit a location to check notes / make notes, or know where to direct someone, etc..
