I think Echo is referring to the player is not on discord, clinging to the mistaken impression of pressure to retire Elsa.

Player was however encouraged to try play something else after repeated complaints they had nothing to do with their current character but only as feedback to their comments.

Tell them to do stuff IG and be an active part of the faction, THEN we'll consider a new app. RN it just feels like "I want free rest and storage"

They've been sending me tells on this concept for months; its been brewing since they quit Elsa. I actually think it's a pretty neat concept, the long version is a lot of content you don't really need to digest at this point - it is a bit DM dependent to really blossom, but I thought it was a cool idea.

That's fine, but if they arent actively doing things for the faction, then idk if they really want to be in the faction. I gave them one simple IG "earn some trust" task, which took 0 effort. I'll abstain from voting since I'm in the faction.
