This looks like a ton of fun, I love a good crazy ritual.

I would be careful with involving the corpses of kings, as they are probably one of the more well-guarded and formally significant pieces of architecture for the commoner in our setting. I would broaden it to a significant item that once belonged to them.

Witch hunters are a really fun source of conflict in a heavy magic setting like ours. It would be interesting to see how they develop their story as they persecute every magic-user that gets in their way.

Overall this concept is fun and engaging, my only caveat would be have the potential that one or more of these ritual-items be intercepted by a rival or another member of the player base to provide the opposition with some agency over the plot.

I'd like to point out:
There are no designations on what the ritual must do.
They will inevitably need to involve others to get the 3 above items.
Official Clergy of Helm is EiG

The DM requirements on the above are pretty minimal. At most we drop a hint where an item might be now and then, and once they have it all together we run a ritual where we decide, not the players, what happens.

Its a terrible app for that, I just want to see a basic thing they have done IG in the interest of HoA for rank 2. But this isnt it, lol

just let them in the HoA, and make rank 2 an npc promotion convo any existing pc in the HoA can take them to so we don't need to read apps like this.
