Issue Description: the area transition placed before each door do not line up correctly with where the door transitions go.

@zolm This was my attempted fixing the issue with the doors not opening. I forgot to remove the doors instead. Will fix next time I do module work.

Removed the doors. Use the transitions.
Might have it set up properly? I followed Puffy's original naming pattern so blame her!

quest works fine. Soloed it a few times already since the floor transitions we added.

What's the issue? It skips a room or two?
