Rank 4 makes him exceedingly powerful in terms of the faction, and the concept is very anti human, and I would prefer to not have to create a new faction when I gets destroyed by the crown for open rebellion

Anyway easy ish to do, just need some copy paste work. You might have issue with, or forget the disguise parts, but shouldn't, it's just more copy paste really
