Cloak 22 is not a hat but it prevents you from wearing a helm, which cramps my style. I like this cloak a lot and would like to be able to use it with a helm. -
Would require hak edit and maybe 3d modeling changes. Not likely to be fixed, I'm afraid.

Nah, this is a script change, there is a "hathelm" script somewhere or other, which tries to match the appearances so that people can't wear hats and helmets, because someone was so offended by that, they hand scripted a load of specific appearance numbers into it...
Anyway,
it can be fixed.
