He's a really cool RPer and is doing great with the recruitment part, but my expectations for the highest rank is something...that really shapes the future and the power of the faction. Someone's whos working inside and outside the faction (with other players) to make their house more relevant, I don't see that.
So based on what Professor said here:
"How dependent are their goals on the aid of a DM?" I'm going with no.Comparing to Gruff/Victor, who's rank 3, Dario has a long way to go.
Tl;dr if dario vanishes tomorrow nothing would change.
