Details: Dex freely admitted he converted to Lathander and made an oath before the church but regretted it and felt coerced by Jazdia who he was in a relationship with.

Whilst punishment was required for making a false oath I believe he was forced into it to try and salvage his relationship.

While patrolling the Hullock today, I encountered a type of frog I've never seen before. It was aggressive, and popped, spewing acid when I slew it. It appeared to have some planar characteristics. I saw dozens of them and their spoor and tracks as I travelled there. I wonder if they are related to the planar spider creatures.

Another update on the dragon. It ambushed me, alone, in front of the city north gate. It made a show of its anger at not receiving tribute, or what it desires which now is the blood of a 'traitor'. It reaffirmed its desires and left. The entire ordeal was odd, the city raised no alarm or panic though the dragon should have been seen by the towers. Also, from what I've learned of dragons, this Green one should have killed me for upsetting it. Then i found a trail of dust leading into the woods. I spoke to both Miss Georgette and Danny Steele on this. They both believe it fairy dust. It seems Kaldos suspicions are correct, and we are victim to some very elaborate fey trick. For what purpose I am not sure, but I think it best we not let them on that we are aware of the trick just yet. I ask discretion in this information. I will follow up on what I can.

Update.

Yellow Puss seemed to be a leader in a necromantic ritual in the Hullack. It surrounded a blade of the tormentor impaling a tortured individual with four stakes holding corpses. The ritual attempted to suck the life from the Hullack. With the aid of the druid Kesyllin, we fought it back, however a ghostly and powerful hand overpowered our efforts to stop it from retrieving the blade impaled in the victim.

I investigated the ants nest and found something most unusual. As I normally do I slayed a great number of troublesome ants without question until it's numbers seemed unnatural. Ant Larva by the hundreds blocked my path yet I stayed true and steady. I cut my way through to find something imprisoned. An incredibly large one of slime and undeath that cared greatly for it's spawn. As I kept slaying that which it held dear, it got angry. It broke from it's prison and made way to attack me. It was larger than that of 10 men yet the blade cut through it as if it was just one. These events may be related to that of the Abyssal Spiders.
