@echo seems fixed to me

@foamcastle Game was right, forums were wrong. Updated forums.

Copper weapons = Hickory shafts
Bronze weapons = Oak shafts
Iron weapons = Mahogany shafts

So there are 2 Arturo Rallyhorn NPCs. I fixed one but not the other last time. This time they're both fixed (I hope). After this I will give up.

@Puffy You can't modify this, it's hard coded to use harper levels.

This would need to be added in some other way.

(One suggestion is an item with use/day, that is none drop)
