It should be fixed on v6533. It should also work normally with ranged weapons.

It's possible. His MS was only 15-16 at the time. They were about 15-20 feet (roughly) away. Still very accurate and did a lot of dmg despite dr and concealment.

was stupid, didnt have skill points in the skill. i had assumed it was a 0 skill not a unable to use without skill point.
