They are testing the entire theme for us, so were given high levels for testing.
Oh, I see what you mean. I'd say 1-7 are fine then. 8 and 9 are still too OP!

Scrolls are fine, none of the super dangerous ones available. Lowered magical wands charges
Should be resolved, not sure why the appearance wasn't visible.
