Seems to be fixed.

It's a remade Gel Cube so you cannot remove the engulf. However, I have lowered the DC on it based on this info from the comments tab:

I suggest nerfing hungry wolves (maybe making malnourished wolf type?) in order to not require bark and stat buffs to deal with them. And maybe less wolfs per wave or less waves.
