Issue Description: according to the forums water genasi gets +2 constitution, but i have also gotten +2 wisdom. i think wisdom makes sense for a water genasi as the genasis are a little underwhelming compared to other races, but it does not match with what the forums says. i also raised this with @Voss on creation but forgot to follow it up

Issue Description: spent some time in the falcons rest bath, then rested. the disease didnt go away, but also the ability damage of the disease didnt take effect. same thing happened before i rested, disease damage warning but no damage happened

you need 20 elemental essences to make 1 variant of flame weapon so that's 70gpx20 1400gp for one flame weapon variant in cost of wand if you do not have the spell
