Even with these changes exploration is largely not worth it. Very low rewards for very difficult encounters. There's not much point to the open world areas. The loot's objectively worse than questing. Learning the languages is largely fluff/plot. Dragging lower levelled players with you is just flat out dangerous and they're likely to get skill-walled by a jump or balance check and you'll lose them, so everyone on the trip needs to have a chiseled jawline.

I agree with your suggestions, just don't think it would be enough.

Actually the movement speed buff doesn't even show up for me.

It doesn't apply at all. I'm the same speed as normal speed mobs.

The same issue might apply to the 10% speed bonus but I didn't notice at the time, it didn't come up.

And yeah, when you use a movespeed buff it seems to cap out at 150% and then remove the buff altogether.

The 20% Movement speed bonus from level 7 Lycanthrope Hybrid form doesn't seem to be applying.

Deshifting and reshifting is occasionally required to apply the skin/claws/bite, so it might be part of the skin related issues.

This will be accomplished by placing bounties on them, leading expeditions in pursuit of them, submitting stories, sonnets and songs to the powerful in return for their reward. He then intends to study and interpret them with a view to creating his own enchantment variations – sleep, confusion etc.
He will extend his expeditions and bounties into magic items and fantastical beasts as he looks to construct/commission musical instruments reflecting the unique properties of the creatures being hunted. Examples of this are a guitar made with Krenshar hair and the wood of a treant, and a cloak made from the skins of a wide variety of goodly fey.
