Issue Description: The Entire area is visible once you enter the first pipe, including all tunnels and interactable placeables

A small thing, but could we move Ashandy the Barkeep a little closer to the bar? Pathfinding often goes nuts and has you run around the entire bar or knock into everything when trying to speak with him. Thanks!
