Wrong transition with Starwind ferry

Issue: When taking the Starwind ship to go to the Starfall Atoll, it transition you to the wrong area. Intead oflanding in Wyvernwater: Isles, at the Starwind ship, it drops you underwater in Underwater, Wyvernwater: Dives near the Starwind ship.

Slightly weird to pay the ferry only to get thrown overboard on destination. >_>

@TheMinionOfArabel Yes, whoever set up those waypoints didn't use unique tags, so its finding the first waypoint in underwater with the right tag and drops you there. PITA to fix because you have to redo all the waypoint transitions.
