Issue Description: Since the latest update to the prestige store to add mining helm and picks, the prestige store now lacks malar bags (among other missing items, but certainly the malar bags are the noticeable issue)

@Emoteen Its not suppose to have them. This was a purposeful choice, going to replace it with something else but hadn't gotten to it yet.
