Make all Potion Bundles equal cost from prestige stores

Currently, Barkskin, shield, and blur potions are all the same GP cost essentially.

However, shield is far less expensive than it's counterparts in prestige shops.

Would make sense for all of these to essentially be equal.

@King-Dobby You're not wrong, shield needs its price raised. I just haven't done it because I figured it would make folks sad.

I mean a box of 5 Barks cost 787 PP, which is WILD when blue and shield about 400-500. I'd argue the blur is of more value than either

@TheMinionOfArabel 600 makes sense to me. Each of these potions individually cost about 120 gold in the historic district. A nice even 1:1 (pp:gp) for potions that are pretty easily dispelled.
