This song is in the Prestige Store at the Palace. Should it be available out out there in quests?

It also seems to be a copy, as the one in the store looks like this:

@TheMinionOfArabel Who knows, its been in there the whole time. So I left it there trusting whoever did put it in understood what they were doing. Shouldn't matter, eventually here, Spiffy will have rebalanced all the bard songs anyway - so they can all be found a little more readily.
