White Dragon Touched passives not applying

My passives are not applying,. -5 Cold DR, +2 listen, move silent, etc.

My attributes changed. I received the breath attack ability.

I looked at the code and we're missing

SetTokenInt(oPC, SUBRACE_APPLY_PASSIVES, 1);
