Frozen Lord - Stats too High

Mostly a note for myself, the Frozen Lord has CON 20, should be 10. DEX should be lower by 5.
In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:
NO SPITTING.
DO NOT CROSS MISTER MOLOCH.
