Issue Description: There is no transition out of the "downtown" quest's Azure Flame path (far right path).

@Emoteen Its definitely there in the module. Did you try to WASD through where it is? Try hitting Tab? It should float just above the snow placeable so you can see it. I suspect, that maybe the snow was actually above it hiding it. Will try to duplicate. But redrew the transition just in case in 8706
