Issue Description: A deadly electric trap spawns on a 4-6 quest.

@SpiffyMeister tbh it is probably a minor electric but they are way unbalanced, policy is not to use any electric i believe

Oddly none of them were set to electric specifically but some of them had "TrapClass" set blank so it may have been defaulting
I've added a "TrapClass" variable to all of them
I also figured out how to set the strength of a trap so ... now I will have to edit all of them in every quest. This quest, at least, is done.
