Nada Boss Does not Spawn

Issue Description:

Boss does not spawn when the rat theme appears on the quest.
Pretty sure, iirc, there is a variable on the spawn triggers. It either is missing on the spawn for the queen (since quest works when the theme is spiders and/or bugs) or their was suppose to be three spawn triggers for the queen and the one variabled to the rats isn't there.

tag/resref match what is on the trigger
trigger has the corresponding variable for the rat theme
spawnpoints are set same as the other 2 themes
trigger is not "unreachable" in the area verification

not sure what happened, will need further testeing
