The Armoured Gnome who sells crafting supplies has old generic version of alchemical reagent and some other crafting bits.
Anyone unable to enter the main hubs needs to walk to High Crimmond for crafting supplies before walking back, as there's no Alchemist Table in High Crimmond (I'll do a separate ticket for that).

he must use a different shop than the others
will take a look next time i have the mod -
he had his own separate shop
updated with all the crafting basics i could think of
added the new alchemical reagents
