Forum versus IG: Alchemy Recipes

Because I love not having to bounce back and forth between the merchant and the alchemy station, I grabbed all the discrepancies between the in-game recipes and what's listed on the forum. Assuming what's IG is what's correct, I wrote up the correct-to-IG recipes that are different from the forum (mostly small things). Hopefully the formatting is correct so yall can copy-paste easily. I tried to be thorough, but I may have missed a couple.
