Shrine of Talona Raise Dead/Resurrection

Two bugs here, I think:-
There is no option for Resurrection, only Raise Dead. Unclear if bug or feature.

Raise Dead does not work. The dialog is bugged, and provides placeholder variables. It them fails to take any gold, and no spell is cast:
I guess probably irrelevant, but both PCs have Talona in deity field.
