    Fury song breaks all bard song applications intermittenly on some characters

      Issue Description: The song of fury bard song seems to intermittently not affect some characters, and then stops them from receiving the benefits of any bard songs until reset.
      Possibly related to subrace I'm told?
      Issue has happened with both Imyra and Barius singing for me.
