Name: "Rogue's best friend" (Like man's best friend)
What: It's just an item that has a few charges of, or once per day, Shelgarn's persistent blade. So even when you're solo, you always have a 'friend' to get that flanking bonus with. It also helps solo rogues sneak attack during the lower level quests.

@swifty-willownall I agree with this, but honestly I'd love to see more Summoning items in general on quests, would be great quality of life for a lot of characters even if it was just simple Circle 1 summons.
